Private Stitch Room Booking

Interested in booking our Stitch Room for your private group?  We are currently accepting private stitch room bookings for non-members from September through  December 2026.  Booking rates are as follows.  

Store Hours - Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri & Sat | 9am to 5pm & Thurs | 9am to 8pm

Daily Rate - $100.00 + tax

What's included - 10 sewing stations with comfy chairs and power to each table, 2 ironing stations with full size irons and one large cutting station with 24"x36" cutting mat, 6"x24" ruler and rotary cutter.  Small cutting mats are available for use at individual sewing stations.  Small kitchen available for use including fridge, microwave and dishes.  Complimentary beverages include tea, coffee, hot chocolate, soda and bottled water.  


  • Completed quilt already in your stash? 

    You may already have a quilt or two finished that you aren't quite sure what to do with, we will gladly accept them as donations!

  • Fabric in your stash you'd like to use up?

    That's perfect!  Sew it up into a simple quilt and drop it off as a donation!

  • Want to join us for a charity sew day?

    Thursday, September 17th, the Stitch Room will be open from 9am until 8pm, if you'd like to book yourself a space to sew for the Warman Fire Rescue.  (Please note that no supplies or food are included in this sew day.)
