Class & Retreat Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up until 5 days before your class/retreat, you have the option to reschedule for a future class/retreat or receive a store credit. Please contact us via email or phone the store to let us know. If you have to reschedule a second time, we reserve the right to automatically issue you a credit for the class.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the class/retreat are not eligible for a credit or rescheduling if the class/retreat is not full. We are unable to issue a credit or reschedule as we are subject to a minimum enrolment in order to run our classes and retreats. Should the class/retreat have a wait-list and we are able to fill your space for you, we will issue you a store credit. We understand issues come up and life gets in the way but please understand our limitations as a small business.
In the event that Tiny Stitch Quilt Shop is not able to run the class/retreat due to low enrolment, we will provide a minimum of 48 hours notice, or due to unforeseen circumstances (instructor is ill, acts of nature, etc…), we will contact you as soon as possible about the situation, and we will offer the following choices:
- Move you to a different date
- Issue a store credit
- Issue a full refund
If you are unable to attend after the cancellation deadline, for any reason, you are welcome to find someone to attend in your place. Please let us know prior to the class if you are sending someone in your stead.
